Sergeant Montanez was born and raised in Delano, California and had the privilege to serve in the United States Navy (U.S.N.). Sergeant Smith was born and raised in Stockton, California graduating from Bear Creek High School in 2001. He continued his education attending both Grambling State University and CSU, Fresno on a track and field scholarship. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in criminology in 2007. Read More

Sergeant Jue was hired by Stockton Unified School District as a Police Officer in 2013. He has worked various assignments including Patrol, K9 Handler, Field Training Officer, and Investigations. He completed the Robert Presley Institute of Criminal Investigation program with an ICI Foundation specialty in sexual assault investigations. Read More
