Sergeant Marshall was born in New England, just outside of Boston Massachusetts. He has a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature and a master’s degree in public administration. Sergeant Marshall has over 20 years in law enforcement and started his career with the Stockton Unified School District in 2015. Sergeant Marshall has a love for music and plays the tuba and several other musical instruments.
He is the department’s senior sergeant and is currently assigned as a patrol supervisor.
