Student Teachers

Congratulations on becoming a Student Teacher with Stockton Unified School District! As a student teacher, you will gain valuable experience working with our students, teachers, and staff while applying your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. In order to complete your Student Teaching on our campuses, you will need to complete the fingerprint process as well as a background check to ensure the safety and security of our students and staff. Please review the following instructions to ensure a smooth transaction when coming in to complete your prints. We appreciate the additional help you are bringing to our classrooms.

All Student Teachers must register on beamentor.org/stockton

Once an applicant submits their application they will wait to receive an acceptance email with the following steps. If this email has not been received, please notify your professor so they can contact SUSD’s student teaching department.
