Hello E-House Staff and Students!
I would like to express my excitement to be with you as your School Resource Officer (SRO). I am an officer with the SUSD Department of Public Safety. My family and I are lifelong Stockton residents and we are proud to call this community home.
I look forward to the opportunity of having positive interactions with your students. My primary focus is to maintain a safe and productive learning environment for both students and staff. As we move through the school year, I am excited to be of assistance with any challenges that may arise in the lives of our students and staff. I hope to help educate students and staff on issues related to law enforcement and school safety. My office door is always open and everyone is always welcome in.
As your SRO, I am committed to:
- Being visible within the school community to help deter criminal activity and student misconduct.
- Attending and participating in school functions.
- Building working relationships with the school’s staff as well as with student and parent groups.
- Initiating interactions with students in the classroom and around campus.
- Promoting the profession of law enforcement and being a positive role model to students.
- Working with staff members to establish a safe and secure learning environment.
- Being an advocate on behalf of faculty members for emergency response training.
- Being a friend, resource and open ear to the students that just want to vent or need someone to hear them.
