Jennifer joined the Stockton Unified School District Department of Public Safety as a dispatcher in 2016. Quickly demonstrating her dedication and aptitude, she ascended the ranks, earning promotion to the pivotal role of Support Services Coordinator in 2020. Jennifer’s academic foundation includes a degree in Computer Administration, which equipped her with the technical ability to excel in her multifaceted role. As the Support Services Coordinator, she oversees critical functions within the department, including supervising the dispatch center, records, and fingerprint department. Her responsibilities encompass a diverse array of tasks, ranging from managing the CAD system to compiling and reporting statistics to the Department of Justice monthly. Jennifer diligently conducts audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational efficiency. She plays a pivotal role in employee management, overseeing scheduling, evaluating performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment conducive to productivity and growth. In her capacity as Custodian of Records, Jennifer upholds the integrity and accessibility of essential departmental documentation.
