Chandra Cooper

Sr. Crime Analyst

Chandra Cooper was born and raised in San Joaquin County and is proud of her roots in the Lodi and Stockton communities. She attended Middle College High School, earned an Associate’s Degree from San Joaquin Delta College, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus. With nearly 20 years of experience working with data, research, and process improvement, she has spent the last nine years serving Stockton Unified School District and in 2024, transitioned into the Police Department as the Senior Crime Analyst.

Outside of work, Chandra enjoys spending time with her local family. She enjoys reading, both fiction and nonfiction, always balancing a good mystery with a thought-provoking novel. Whether it’s family gatherings, exploring new books, or enjoying simple moments at home, she brings the same curiosity and energy to her personal life that she does to her professional work.
