Last week, Officer Gutierrez was on routine patrol when she was flagged down regarding a citizen in medical distress. Officer Gutierrez realized the subject was not breathing and had no pulse. Officer Gutierrez took quick action and performed life saving CPR in which the subject was brought back to life.
